Cell-based Antibody Discovery Screening Solution with the Hybridoma Mix-and-Read Screening Kit

IntelliCyt has developed a “mix-and-measure” intact cell assay for primary screening that simultaneously assesses antigen binding and cross-reactivity. This assay reduces workflow steps and increases productivity. Additionally, this approach reduces the potential for false negatives due to testing with denatured antigens.

Cell-based Antibody Clone Selection Solution with the Count and Capture IgG Screening Kit

A key component of the development of a therapeutic monoclonal antibody is the identification and selection of a manufacturing cell line that secretes high levels of the antibody into the culture supernatant. Finding a highly productive cell line is critical to the success of a potential antibody based therapeutic, because the downstream optimization and scale-up processes can be exceedingly time intensive and costly.
