Instruments Overview

The IntelliCyt instrumentation platform is based upon a unique method of sample transfer—HyperCyt^® technology.  When combined with flow cytometry detection and IntelliCyt Screening Software and informatics tools, this creates a new high content tool called High Capacity Flow (HCF).

High Capacity Flow enables phenotypic or target-based screening with suspension cells, beads, microbes and mixtures to address the need to use more relevant biological models in Biologics Discovery, Small Molecule or Antibody Screening, Biomarkers, In Vitro Toxicology and other research areas. With HCF you can:

•  Increase capacity up to 24-fold over current flow or imaging technologies
• Multiplex cells and or beads to get more results per well
• Use small sample volumes to reduce cell line production and reagent costs
• Dramatically lower IT overhead compared to imaging

The HTFC^® Screening System is a scalable solution when you need a consistent suspension screening platform for your organization and collaborators.  This benchtop analyzer is the only commercial system combining performance and ease of use with high dynamic range and throughput optimized for suspension biology.   It combines HyperCyt technology with new ForeCyt screening software and can screen 96- or 384- well plates at rates up to 40 wells per minute. The HyperCyt^® System is a flexible solution for researchers who need to increase the throughput and reduce sample consumption on their existing flow cytometers. It utilizes the same HyperCyt technology as the HTFC System to increase sample throughput, and incorporates  HyperView Screening Software to streamline data analysis. More Information»
