Product Application
Compound Library Screening
Two cell lines were co-incubated with compounds in 384-well microplates to determine the amount of peptide binding. A fluorescent peptide was added to all the wells and fluorescence intensity is indicated by red. Rows 2 and 23 (dark blue) had unlabelled peptides added as a positive control to mimic the effect of compounds on the receptors. Each plate map is gated on the population indicated.
This work was performed at the University of New Mexico Shared Flow Cytometry Resource and Cancer Research and Treatment Center and the New Mexico Molecular Libraries Screening Center.
