Multiparameter Flow Cytometric Immunophenotypic Analysis
HyperCyt® and HyperView™ provide new opportunities in clinical research and immunophenotypic analysis. Small specimen requirements make it possible to get more results with limited specimens. Specimens can be run in replicate mode to provide stronger statistical analysis. The system is ideal for dose response and antibody titrations.
Shown above, three bone marrow samples were run in triplicate in a 96-well plate. Gating on the time bins for each specimen illustrates how easily patterns are visualized while a specimen is being run.
