Speed
A 96-well plate can be sampled in as little as 2.5 minutes.
A 384-well plate can be sampled in as little as 10 minutes.
Efficiency and Cost Savings
With HyperCyt, you can sample as little as 2 µl with zero dead volume—meaning no sample loss. This permits you to maximize the number of results that are possible with limited or rare specimens. Expensive reagents are also conserved, since small volume microplates with very low (<15 µl) total volume can be used. If you need to analyze larger samples, larger volume microplates can easily be utilized.
Versatility
HyperCyt is compatible with most flow cytometers. Simple connections allow you to switch between HyperCyt plate mode and normal tube sampling in minutes.
Simplicity
The HyperCyt Autosampler System samples the microplate in a continuous fashion. Data analysis is quickly performed on the entire plate using HyperView™ companion software.
A Customizable Solution
With HyperCyt, you can define the sampling protocol to maximize time and reagent savings. You can specify sample volume, plate setup, size of plate, information related to each well, or other parameters which are stored in a work list.
