The HyperCyt® System gives you powerful tools for the high speed collection and analysis of data. Setting up and using the system, which consists of the HyperCyt Autosampler and HyperView™ Data Analysis Software, is easy.
Open or create a worklist with the HyperCyt plate setup function.
HyperCyt automatically samples each well and delivers the samples to your flow cytometer as a single continuous stream using a unique patented technique.
Run your usual flow cytometry protocols and data acquisition software to collect the data in a standard FCS file.
Open the FCS file in HyperView and view data. Gate populations of interest and select the statistics you want. HyperView automatically applies these statistics to each well. Within seconds, you can visualize data from the entire plate or view individual wells. A single click sends data to Microsoft Excel.
