Want to screen fast?
With HyperView you have that option. If you need large numbers of cells, then you select a longer well sip.
Concerned about carryover?
Characterize it or eliminate it with interwell rinses—it’s your option.
Need to keep your cells from settling?
Select the orbital shaker and the speed you need to keep your cells in suspension.
Require complex plate designs?
You can import complex plate designs that include the well information. We keep track of all the details in the IntelliCyt Experiment (.IEX file).
HyperView® Screening Software is the first software designed for high-throughput flow cytometry screening experiments. It is an integral component of both the HTFC® Screening System and the HyperCyt® Sampler System. It analyzes all wells on a plate simultaneously, providing definitive results that can be used for solid decision-making. Your results are then displayed in a heatmap that identifies the hits or trends in the data at a glance.
With HyperView Screening Software you will:
- Design and annotate your experiment-whether one or many plates
- Run the experiment with HyperCyt Controller and produce one data file for the entire plate
- Identify subpopulations within wells or collections of wells
- Visualize data from each population in heatmaps
- Select statistics to view and export as well data to Excel
You can upgrade from the basic HyperView Screening Software to iDM (IntelliCyt Data Manager) server-based software as your needs grow and you require multi-user access to your experiments.
HyperCyt Controller
HyperCyt Controller uses the information in the experiment design to create a worklist that performs all of the steps to sample wells and deliver samples to your flow cytometer. Optional Automation Software modules for Accuri CFlow, Beckman Coulter Summit and Gallios, or BD FACSDiva allow HyperCyt controller to capture the FCS data files and automatically attach them to your experiment, so you can analyze them with HyperView Data Analysis.
HyperView Data Analysis software
HyperView is the fastest way to get results from plate-based flow cytometry experiments. The entire plate is saved in the IntelliCyt Experiment file with all of the relevant metadata.
You can set population gates and perform Boolean gating to identify significant factors in your data set, then create and view heatmaps to identify patterns on your plate and compare to positive or negative controls.
Statistics are exported with a single click to Excel.
