Advances in Antibody Screening

Antibody Library Screening
In this webinar, Tom Duensing, Ph.D. will discuss a powerful approach to antibody library screening. This approach dramatically reduces the amount of sample that is typically required for analysis while making multiple, quantitative fluorescence measurements on a single cell basis with thousands to tens of thousands of cells from each well.
Increase speed and sensitivity of antibody screens
The HyperCyt® high-throughput flow cytometry (HTFC) platform combines the power of flow cytometry with the speed of high-throughput screening. Multiplexed, multiparameter antibody screening assays can be performed at rates as low as 3 minutes per 96-well plate, or 10 minutes per 384-well plate. The HyperCyt System exploits the high sensitivity and large dynamic range of modern flow cytometers to measure low expression as well as high expression of multiple biological targets simultaneously.
Learn about new tools for managing antibody screening data
IntelliCyt's informatics tools expedite decision making with powerful data analysis and data management. During the webinar, Tom will provide examples of how HyperView® Designer and Analysis can be used to create screening experiments and will show examples of screening results in heatmap or spreadsheet formats.
